The Pictology Workflow
	Shoot the Event and Prep for Uploading There are a few things you should do at this stage: 1) Reserve the event in advance, and hand out cards with information on how to access the event 2) Shoot the event 3) Rotate the images as neccessary 4) Categorize the images by putting them into folders with a corresponding category name
	Upload the Event This is where the magic happens! 1) Launch the PUP, and either create a new full event, or complete a previously reserved event 2) Drag in your categorized folders of images, and select a product list 3) Set any discounts you want to offer - such as 10% off during the first week 4) Upload the event This whole process of creating or completing a reserved event is very simple and quick and can be done in a few minutes.
	Sell Online in the Pictology Gallery Once your event is finished uploading, it will be immediatly available for viewing in the Pictology Online Gallery. 1) Automated emails will go out to any one who attempted to view the event before it was available 2) You can send out a customized email to anyone who has viewed the event and left their email address. This is a great way to drive more sales by offering an additonal discount or special offer 3) Automated event and discount expiration emails go out to all viewers reminding them to make any purchases before the event or discount expires
	Print the Order and Get PAID! Once your client places an order in the Pictology Online Gallery, you will receive an email alerting you that an order has been made. 1) You'll launch the PUP and choose "Process Orders" 2) The PUP will display a list of orders, along with the details of each order 3) You can choose to either send an order to a Pictology Partner lab, or fulfill the order yourself. Either way the PUP will automatically retrieve the images for you and have them ready for processing 4) Pictology mails out checks twice per month for completed sales from the Online Gallery
